Junior golfers truly need to develop in all areas of the game. This means it’s essential to grow their confidence to support and inspire young kids in their journey. Creating a golf player takes time and there can be many elements to the game that can have a great influence & effect on each student as they build a firm foundation for the rest of their playing life. At Golf Dazzle I have created a solution based on an integrated model of Tactical, Technical, Mental & Physical framework that students can use to guide themselves on their journey to becoming a stronger player and essentially a Captain of their own ship.

About Golf

Golf, unlike most ball games, cannot and does not utilize a standardized playing area. The game is played on a course with an arranged progression of 18 holes. Each hole on the course must contain a tee box to start from, and a putting green containing the actual hole or cup (4.25 inches in width). There are other standard forms of terrain in between, such as the fairway, rough (long grass), sand traps, and hazards (water, rocks, and fescue) but each hole on a course is unique in its specific layout and arrangement.

As Junior Development Officer and Coach at Coolangatta Tweed Heads Golf Club. My role is to inspire young individuals to learn the right fundamental skills for their journey in the wonderful sport of Golf.
Junior Golf Programs are run the length of the School term (approximately 9 weeks). Gender and age is not an issue but we recommend a minimum age of 5 years & over.
Private individual lessons are also available for any child needing more customized coaching and mentoring.

Free School Golf

Golf for Schools incorporates physical education programs that are designed to help each child reach their individual potential in motor skill development, fitness, and play and movement concepts. The most outstanding programs also provide opportunities for learning competency, sportsmanship, understanding and personal responsibility. The goal is not the activity itself but rather the complete development of the child.
Programs are designed to bring connection with the ‘Playing for Life’ philosophy, where children are encouraged to have fun by focusing on ‘skills not drills’
The Goal is to encourage stronger links between children and local sporting clubs.
